Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room I stayed in was pretty nice, although smaller than expected, and unfortunately had a strong sewer smell. The service was friendly and helpful, but there were instances where they forgot about our requests. The location was peaceful with lovely nearby forests for hiking, but the hotel itself felt a bit overcrowded at times. The dining experience was somewhat disappointing, with limited options and poor quality. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with both highs and lows.
The hotel's location is a perfect escape, offering a serene view into the garden with the singing of birds, great wellness facilities, and an excellent breakfast. However, the rooms in the annexed building were small and outdated, while the dining experience left much to be desired with limited options. Nonetheless, the staff was courteous and informative, going out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant with a few ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and cozy but had a lingering smell of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The service was a mixed bag, with some staff being charming and professional while others fell short. The location, though near Spa and in a nice area, had some drawbacks like restricted pool timings for children. The dining experience was good, but not exceptional, and the facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.
